Led design of modules and patterns for IBM digital experiences

At IBM I created a comprehensive digital design system for our content management system (CMS). I led the design efforts and collaborated closely with the development team to establish a set of design patterns within Drupal that could be applied across all our webpages. Working as an individual contributor alongside two other team members, we focused on scalability of the patterns and their brand expression to drive the work.

The implementation of this digital design system significantly outperformed the existing site metrics in every instance. It improved our digital footprint and paved the way for the investment in the Carbon Design System for IBM.com.
