I led the strategy and approach for the initiative. This is a design for the prototype for user testing.

Design Director

As the design director, I worked closely with the lead designer to create the prototype in Figma.

Future State Concept

This shows a “nice-to-have” future state version of the product. This mockup is to advocate for the investment in product development and to reimagine the user interface.
